Firmware upgrade of AP9617 from AOS v2.64 to v3.73
Note that it is very important to get the 'Network Management Card v3.7.2 Firmware for Smart-UPS with AP9617/8/9' version of the firmware for a SMART-UPS. Failure to do so will result in the file transfer failing.
